Return Policy

At Fidelium Arts, we take pride in the quality of our candles and stand behind every product we sell. However, due to the nature of our products and for the safety and health of our customers, we have an “All Sales Final” policy for candles.

This means that we do not accept returns or exchanges for candles, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged candle, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the candle must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for shipping costs or any additional fees associated with the original purchase.
